Henry worked with Luther Carrington Goodrich, a Chinese historian to write A Syllabus of the History of Chinese Civilization and Culture. There were six editions published in 1929, 1934, 1941, 1947, 1950, and 1958. Henry produced the maps of the book while Luther produced the text¹. Below are images from the 1947 edition, including the cover and cover page and the maps that Henry drew for this edition. The maps in the other editions are consistent with the maps from this edition, with a single addition of a map of  The Ch’ing Empire and the Republic.
